Minor issue with comment syntax ./src/ltc/pk/ecc/ecc_dp_set.c

Minor: Using my c compiler, lines 78 and 79 use // as a comment. These are the only lines that use this type of comment. I changed to the traditional /* */ to have it complie. Please consider updating downloadable code.
