merge down the current HEAD revision of EpiDoc Example Stylesheets into the "dclp" branch #235

So we can pick up all the latest goodness. Note that this is likely to be a non-trivial merge, due to the addition of tunnel parameters and other structural changes in trunk.

Confirm that epidoc trunk:HEAD has been merged into dclp branch and that everything runs as expected. Revision pins for production with epidoc-xslt should be updated to r2519.
