We want to catch up our branch (dclp) to trunk:HEAD on the epidoc stylesheets.

I'm resurrecting this ticket, because I've had to roll back the merge because I failed to spot the effects of a major change (see #238). I'm also downgrading the priority, and re-assigning to myself because I think we need to coordinate this change with the DC3 team (@hcayless and @ryanfb) since there are implications for collections other than DCLP (see comments on #238, especially https://github.com/DCLP/dclpxsltbox/issues/238#issuecomment-285961146).

This turned out to be hard, and we have plenty of other fish to fry. Deferring.
