Timing formats

Several timing formats could be useful for absolute and relative times

• [x] ticks (integers)
• [x] real time (needs tempo information)
• [x] note values (i.e. fractions/multiples of whole notes)

Measure-beat-subbeat cannot be a timing measure as it does not support additive operations. It might still be used to indicate absolute positions if time signature information is present
