11 years ago - Adds in-library brentq optimization method. Method taken form scipy.
- Adds functor for optimization: takes a Q-matrix and returns the likelihood for a set of time-series.
- Closes #41
- Adds licensing stuff: Closes #10. Current licensing should be grep-able and hence can be changed.
