Run test on Travis #83

This would be useful as an example for out service documents ucl-rits/research-software-development#279

It should be possible to get the tests running if we use the Ubuntu 14.04 infrastructure https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/trusty-ci-environment/

It would also be useful to automatically build the docs or the dev/master branch and push them to github pages. Matplotlib has an example of how this can be done (Written by me)
