Do as in #67 in ARCHER.

Some progress done. I have run a job in ARCHER to test perfomance and compare with the performance on our laptops. fitGlyR4 seems to run a little bit faster in ARCHER nodes.

machine time
ARCHER 317s
Jens' Mac ~400s

I have created a sample job to run this benchmark here.

This will produce a profile output that can be scp'd locally and visualised with snakeviz, for example.

We could run

for n = 1 to 24 and measure the performance

export OMP_NUM_THREADS=n
aprun -d $OMP_NUM_THREADS time python fitGlyR4.py
