Make sure the tool supports the map

Todo:

[x] Get Map data from DCS (can use server install for this)
[x] Get any Extra Objects from DCS (May require Purchase of Kola)
[x] Create Spawn Points (Requires either I buy Kola or someone does it for me)
[x] Get Map Border data
[x] Get Land and Sea Zones
[x] Get Projection Data
[x] Get basic map & region data for BR
[x] Create Situations
[x] Create at least one Campaign set of Situations

No Extra objects known will catch with Phantom Launch. No Historical large scale conflict in region so skipping that.
