Brief Description:

Move towards more of a dependency model (oh the UI is going to be fun!)

• [x] Scripting side activation parse and evaluate string condition
• [x] UI either names or shows an index of objectives (remember starts from 1 and includes subtasks)
• [x] Separate progression options into new area
• [x] UI select objective it depends on
• [x] Button to Copy the base settings
• [x] UI Custom override condition (needs validation only digits, operators and ( ))
• [x] Campaign implementation
  • [x] Toggle on and off
  • [x] Random on and off for mission
  • [x] Random Dependencies and options
  • [x] Circular dependency check (migrate back to rest of app)
