For sign lookup prototype

• find main entry in sign bank, so that variants are also selectable [less time-sensitive]

SignStream parser [very high priority]

 Eventually, we will need to update the format of all SignStream files on the DAI to the new version,
   so that we can add new data.  RIT data is now being annotated with SignStream v. 3.4.0.

Add segmented signs to the Sign Bank sign download options [next highest priority]

Upload translations

Various remaining bug fixes, including;

• ensure canonical occurrences are not missing original front view
• ensure there are no missing videos pointed to from the Sign Bank
• fix problem with "False"
• resolve various sort issues
• resolve remaining problems with special characters in the DAI
• fix views on secrets reincarnation - there is still a problem; no utterance thumbnails are displayed; sign image is displayed twice; should be modified so that the second image is the utterance image.
• download cart issues for secrets reincarnation

Also for DAI, there are 3 smalll corrections to SignStream files; those files are in the re-upload folder. Not a top priority...
