Just wondering.... Terms of Use ? #479

I'm just wondering whether we should add something for use of the video lookup

to this page: https://dai.cs.rutgers.edu/dai/s/request

Not sure what to put, but for someone signing up just to use the video lookup, this page is a bit odd.

Food for thought...

Perhaps just change the wording of the first item to:

 Click here for terms of use for any sign videos downloaded from this Sign Bank website

I noticed that when the sign lookup results are returned, it is possible to download those videos, although we had disabled that possibility for signs played from the Sign Bank. I don't know that this is a problem necessarily; we can perhaps discuss? But if they remain downloadable, the above change in wording might be advisable. Thanks.
