Enhancement requests - Adding ToolTips #246

Hi - I know we have discussed this at various times, but when time permits, it would be great to have some tooltip additions, e.g., to explain what the various buttons do in the utterance and db windows. The usefulness of having this has been reinforced by our newer SignStream users, who say this would be helpful in figuring out how things are supposed to work.

Also - and I realize that this is more of a major enterprise - it would be really nice to be able to have two windows open at the same time. I understand that you have managed to do this by having the application launch independently more than once. It would be great if we could achieve that same effect within the application itself. For some day...

As of SignStream4_4.0.0_convergence_2021_05_06_1324_def1fe17 some tooltips have been added.

Leaving this open for more tooltips and opening multiple collections request.
