Remove rebuilding of Database and Utterance Views in code #581

Currently these views are re-created on switching. Unclear why.

TODO: confirm if this is the case first. Both views might actually be stored in memory simultaneously.

I believe there's rebuilding of objects when switching. The issue is why rebuild, instead of hiding and showing the panels.
