Sign Bank: sort #592

Sorting the sign bank entries from a search result. This would require the global sign bank file having an ordering attribute for each entry which SignStream can read and use.

I think we should set up a meeting with Augustine to discuss this, among other things.

He has indicated to me that the sorting should happen on the SignStream side.

There are a number of issues where we should be sure that Augustine is on the same page…
