Code is completed which allows the custom fields to be created by users.
These fields are identified as being of an interval or point type, in which an interval has annotations that may have a different start and end time, while a point has the same start and end time locked together.
These fields have names and labels, but no onsets, offsets or other phases.
Individual custom fields may be hidden or show (globally, in the segment tier, or in the utterance), or have their color changed in the field editor.
Custom field panels may be hidden or shown.
This code is implemented, but is not included in the latest SignStream release. This is a placeholder to indicate that it exists if this feature was desired again.
