Code is completed which allows annotations to be imported from TextGrid formatted data files.
The imported data is saved as annotations within custom fields. The encoding character set of the import file can be chosen to handle UTF-8, UTF-16, and ASCII. And individual fields included within the data file can be selected or unselected to import.
This code is implemented, but is not included in the latest SignStream release. This is a placeholder to indicate that it exists if this feature was desired again.
