Media Warning Message/Can't play utterance/entity

When trying to play the utterance and the entity in SS a media warning message appeared. Afterwards, I was not able to click on any of the play buttons. I forced quit SS. File RIT_P02-s02

This occurred again today. I was looking up the gloss MANY and playing an example of the sign and the video worked the first time I played but not again after that. I even tried to slow down the sign while it was being played and got the media error message. Sending an email of the file.

Once this message appears the system can not recover. The only solution is to restart SignStream to get the app to work as expected.

As for correcting the situation....if the error message can be reliably reproduced there may be a possibility to fix. Otherwise it may be very difficult to identify the problem and correct.

This has now happened to me. I clicked on the play button in the bottom left of the video window.

Will send the file and the SignStreamOut file by email in a couple of minutes. Thanks.

Jul B u7 got the warning message and was unable to use SS once this message appeared.

Occurred in DSP file MM U2 when entering non manuals for a topic event. Using SS 3.4.1 MAC os Mojave

occured in DSP file TG U13 Using SS 3.4.1 MAC os Mojave When trying to play the utterance I received the warning message. The utterance played but I was unable to pause it or click any other buttons while it was playing. After the utterance video finished I still could not click on any buttons or data in SS.

This has now happened to me as well. JedD file - Utterance 10. OS 11.7.9

I restarted SignStream, reopened the file, and tried the same operation that triggered this before. I tried to play the event shown here as highlighted: the first sign in the utterance shown. Same error.
