It's a problem, however, if an entry needs to be deleted or corrected.
No way to do that.
We obviously don't want to allow that for the global sign bank, but this is important for the local sign bank.
Ideally "add to sign bank" should bring up a dialog box asking if you want to override the current entry, rather than just saying the sign already exists.
