Overlapping/can't change non manual label #630

Overlapping of non manual label. I created a blink for 2 frames and when I tried to extend it to 3 frames it wouldn't work. Then I tried to click on it and it didn't light up red. I did get the option to change it so I clicked on other options and lowered, wide, squint all got labeled but overlapping.
