Consistent Menu Naming

In the navigational menu with the Database View showing, the "Segment Tier" and "Temporal Partition" submenu's should use the same...

(Re)name

OR

Rename

Both should be the same...either "(Re)name)" or "Rename".

Also these menu items use the term "Selected" for rename and delete. It should also use that term for "Set Default" and "Renumber".

And for "New Segment Tier"...as in "a new segment tier in 'which'? Temporal Partition".
