Changing Utterance Name does not show existing Utterance Name

When editing an Utterance's Name...it does not redisplay the current name.

Create an utterance. A default name is given Ex. "U3". Now edit that utterance name. The popup text field is blank.

I would expect it to show "U3", which can be edited.
