In the gesture prototype, SignStream 4 automatically inserts a "(2h)" prefix for the label of a 2-handed gesture. The Gallaudet people probably don't want that done. We should check with them. So possibly a small change to be made in this respect.

Per email from Carol, also remove the "alt." prefix which is added to a gesture label when "Alt Same Handshapes Dom & Ndom" is selected
