Main gloss error #665

File P02_s02 Utterance 53 TRIED TO ENTER A GLOSS ON NON DOM HAND AND THE GLOSS COULDN'T GET ENTERED OR DELETED IT JUST STAYED LIKE THIS (SEE BELOW)

Upon quitting SS and reopening I received this warning message. (see below)

Same file U54 happened again this time the window to type a gloss never went away and I couldn't type anything in it either.

includes errors reported in #632 and #649 (e.g.). the latter seems to have been fixed for the next release.
