@cneidle It appears these videos do not exist at those URL's.

Was this instance solved with the latest global sign bank file?

For the short term, yes.

But for longer term. We should discuss with Augustine at the next opportunity.

@cneidle should we close this issue?

For the longer term, we should discuss with Augustine the way in which these videos are called. He has an idea for improving this. But in the short term, there is nothing that needs to be done.
