[BUG] FA-18C Hornet: BLEED_AIR_KNOB out of range #796

I'm try reproduce it but no success.

Last I recall it didn't happen very often (like once or twice very 30 minutes? Very odd...), and I did a brief check of the control in the dcs luas vs our luas and the definition seems to be correct. It could be a transient module bug, unclear.
