Adding meta data variable for external resources #42

Adding handling of resource-path for includes by adding include-resources as meta data variable.

A meta data variable is used as Pandoc does not expose the resource-path to panflute filters.

This feature looks very useful! Only one minor issue: could you reword the commit to follow the conventional commit messages (like the history commits)? In this way, the changelog can be generated automatically on version update.
