Add integration test for Prokaryomics MD120 BW25113 experiment #123
The salt update script has been rewritten. It will now discover a lot more metals. The reason is the previous script filtered metals on recognized bigg ids in the id mapper, but that is not really necessary and has been removed.
The persisted mapping has a new structure
Full CHEBI ids
Split ions and metals to be able to tell the difference
Include warnings for any ions/metals that could not be successfully mapped back to chebi
Adapters now return new key warnings to the web request clients
