As user I want more flexibility in choosing metabolite identifiers/names when uploading media

From D9.1: Media files upload: data restrictions that slow down upload of media files are the requirements of the correct chebi name for each component and for concentrations to be submitted in g/L. In addition, some chebi names have not been added to the platform. This has been solved on a case-by-case basis by the DTU team. For greater usability in the future several alternative names could be accepted for each compound (e.g. the synonyms listed at EBI1). The platform should be able to translate these synonyms into the correct chebi name and ask the user if this is correct.

First implementation and done criteria for this epic is:

• User can upload data with compounds specified as names /or/ chebi identifiers
• Compound names that are non-uniquely resolvable to chebi identifiers triggers failure and the alternative approximate matches are returned
• Compound names that uniquely map to a chebi identifier are simply replaced
