I corrected and improved the translation of OuterTune into French.

I think it's due to the name change. I changed the name from "patch-1" to "patch" after saving. I'll try to redo the translation. I had the same problem on another application hosted on GitHub. I'm still new to the site but I aspire to be able to contribute to the translation on different applications.
