Feature description

Allow users to choose where they want the app to save downloads and cache files. This feature would enable users to select an external SD card as a storage location instead of the phone’s internal storage.

Why do you want this feature?

This feature helps tackle this issue of older phones with smaller internal storages being quickly filled up by other apps and system files.

Hello. This is something I wanted to implement, but didn't get around to yet.

Could you do me a favour and see if the app can scan and currently playback music files (i.e MP3s) on the external sdcard? I don't have a real device to test that, plz state device and Android version

Everything is working as expected. The app successfully detected and played back .flac and .mp3 files I have in the Music folder on my SD card.

But it would be better if a "Local songs" option automatically appeared on the library page under "Downloaded songs" that contains the folder the songs are located in instead of having to find it in the "Folders" tab.
