3 years ago CT_BuffMod started working in secure mode once the new client build was pushed earlier today.
CT_BarMod and CT_BottomBar took a bit more work, but are now running.

CT_BarMod and CT_BottomBar are inoperable, possibly due to https://github.com/Stanzilla/WoWUIBugs/issues/66
CT_BuffMod can operate in non-secure mode only.
