How to run on Windows #1

Hi, so I read in the installation instructions that it is not supported on Windows. Is there any workaround? And, I assume this is because of the reason that the older versions of mmcv is not supported on windows, am I right? If that is the reason, why not just use the newer versions of mmcv so that the model can be used on windows machine as well?
