Add information to "Participants". #9

I would grab the information from the ISMIR2019 site for the following four categories (and subcategories):

For authors

For attendees

For presenters

For sponsors/exhibitors

Put the information in the ISMIR2020 staging site (https://ismir.github.io/ISMIR2020/) so that the ISMIR organizing committee can edit the content.

After everyone is happy, we will make a pull request to the production site (https://ismir.github.io/ISMIR2020/)
