In gallery view, only thumbnails for instruments should be displayed

• Thumbnails should be created by compressing the original images;
• Both thumbnails and original images should be stored on UMIL server in VIM/apps/instruments/static/instruments/images/instrument_imgs/ directory;
• All thumbnails and original images should be stored as .png format;
