[x] When a facet is clicked in the left-hand box of the page, show somewhere one the resulting page what facet was clicked.
[x] Unhighlight the current page number on the "Page X of Y" area.
[x] Have page layout icons (upper right corner of the instrument list) side-by-side and highlight the one that is selected.
