[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog

• When I clean and build a JAR (with NetBeans), I'm still getting "[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog." error log on command line when extracting features from MIDI files (despite seemingly correct feature extraction.
• Tristano looked into this but couldn't track it down
• What could be generating this error log?
• Since appears to be MIDI-only, is jSymboic still trying to extract Grace Notes or doing some other MEI-related processing, even when grace notes are set to not be extracted by default (and aren't being extracted from MEI files)?

Problem gone now that no longer trying to extract MEI features from MIDI files. Issue closed.
