Reconciliation without OpenRefine #50

All reconciliation was done using OpenRefine. Now I want to reconcile a CSV file using Python, not OpenRefine.

Should I create a new branch for this? This is linked to the previous branch #47, but it is a new task.

This issue should be marked low priority and should only be implemented when several databases have been moved to Virttuoso and after expensive query experiments have been conducted. I’m thinking we can get to this near the end of the summer at the earliest.
