Need to update metadata files to reflect changes to database.

Not sure if this is related, or independent: For the following files, the annotation duration differs from the one given in the metadata. 1499: duration difference to metadata duration: 12.775 758: duration difference to metadata duration: 5.557 731: duration difference among annotation variations: 0.887 731: duration difference to metadata duration: 1.507 1327: duration difference to metadata duration: 217.000 1367: duration difference to metadata duration: 87.216
