Lyric alignment / MEI generation Summer 2019 overview

• [x] Run lyric alignment with Salzinnes, full manuscript
• [x] Create Rodan job for lyric alignment
• [ ] Test lyric alignment with other manuscripts (start with Einsiedeln CH-E 611, then Paris 15181)
• [ ] Verify current MEI encoding job for manuscripts with pitch information
• [x] Develop encoding job dependent on mapping file between squiggles and snippets of MEI. This job should work on manuscripts with and without pitch information.
