Two many sections found in cases where missing music is encoded #19

Turns out these seem to be two different issues:

229133 errors because the current script does not handle breaks encoded after missing music (eg. "6------67---").

230825 errors because the current script does not correctly handle a case where there is a typo in the number of hyphens between the 6's for missing music.
