Atmos fixes

:cl: add: Adds a siphoning vent for the airmix tank fix: Fixes the Atmospherics department. /:cl:

It was broken.

What I did:

• Added airmix siphoning vent to the code.
• Replaced the injector/vent in the Airmix tank with airmix injector/vent.
• Replaced the mixer with a mixer set to airmix defaults.
• Turned off the Plasma > Mix & N2O > Mix pumps.
• Turned on the Airmix > Distro pump on the Sovereign.
