Concept for ship loading being setup as a seperate thing. #50

What it says on the tin. This is mostly here for people to see and comment. (Its basically copy pasting right now)

Edit: Its good enough I just need to modularise and move our stuff to outside of these files and into a seperate set that can be loaded when we should need them as for the map that should require them.
