Caustic Strike: 1 AP per rank, 3 ranks Shatter Defense: 1 AP per rank, 3 ranks

Thanks for the quick update I will make the changes to the enhancement file and post it back to the site. Does the Shatter Defense require 1 rank of Caustic Strike for each rank or Shatter Defense? IE you can not take 2 ranks of Shatter Defense if you only have 1 rank of Caustic Strike.
