Savefile name & save feedback #28

Not sure if this qualifies as an issue, but it used to be when you hit 'Save' on a new toon you were prompted to save with a filename comprised of 'First Name' and 'Surname' with a space between. That default disappeared a few versions back. Was that deliberate? Obviously, now that you've added 'Save As', the functionality for it should probably match hitting 'Save' on a new toon (whatever you decide that should be).

Actually an issue, though kinda cosmetic. Now when you click 'Save' on a toon you've saved before, there's no feedback ('File successfully saved' or something similar). Sometimes, just to be sure, I go to the folder and check the date and timestamp on the file. Before you added 'Save As' it always opened the File Save dialog when you hit 'Save'. Obviously that's no longer required, but some kind of feedback would be appreciated.

This happened do to the change in the dialog type that I am now using. The old one did not play well with new windows 10. I have not found a way to add the auto name to the new dialog box. I did add a message box to confirm the save.

I gave up to soon on the save file name. You now have more then you asked for. If the First Name Surname exists it will use First Name Surname Year-Month-Day. If that exists it will add a count. This works for Save and SaveAs.
