in old vote map change system

all people that didnt vote yet were treated as vote "no"

from what i see now on ddracemax with new system

1 person makes a vote for map (1 yes) 15 people dont give a fuck to vote no

vote passes with 1 vote for yes, map changes lots of people are angry

maybe lets get back to old vote system

then it will be 100% for sure that 60% of server must vote yes for map change

yes im only talking about vote system for map changes

so current vote system even "must" stay for kick move to spec
