admin abuse aka problem with bans

simple solution

lets remove ban for good

and instead people will use this

-freeze id time (obvious freezes person for X time)

if that wont help and a person will start to insult etc etc

then :

-freezemute id time (obvious works the same but also mutes the person) it should also not allowe people to change nicknames when they are freezemuted

this should also be done to normal mute
