Thats exactly the reason why chat commands are spam-protected in ddwar

Additionally the output of chat commands shouldn't be displayed in rcon. Or atleast only for the person who calls them

Maybe we should introduce a feature like in IRC servers. Players causing more than x kb/s are kickbanned for 1min, this should not apply to admins (or they might have a higher limit).
