can't disable code folding #149

latest ddt (19-oct), eclipse 4.6.1

when i go to settings, DDT->Editor->Folding and uncheck the Enable folding box, the UI grays out and everything seems right, I hit Apply/OK, but folding is still there. changing the min-lines-for-folding doesn't work either.

and restarting eclipse doesn't help
