Implement symantic highlighting

From the Source Highlighting settings tab, one should be able to select colors for things such as:

• Function declaration/definition.
• Function usage.
• Class/struct names and usage.
• module names.
• Enum declaration.
• Enum entries.
• static and member fields.
• ... etc.

Take a look at what CDT offers.
