Correct version of CDT is 8.4.

I think 8.4 is an important addition, as it allows one installing DDT on Eclipse Luna. Are there any blockers for a DDT release?

I'm planning to do a release pretty soon. There is just one minor feature I want to add in before that, (and then do some testing).
